Strong knowledge of BOH Operations
3 years culinary experience within Full Service Restaurant concept with Full Bar
Menu Development, Knowledge of food products and commercializing recipes, Writing recipes, and establishing procedures and policy
Strong analytical skills
Experience representing a brand in PR opportunities
Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts or Equivalent work experience
